Review & Sign Your Agreement

This National Master Consulting & Compliance Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into as of June 23, 2026 (the "Effective Date"), by and between National Home Education Department (the "Consultant"), and _______________ (the "Client"), represented by _______________, , located at _______________.

1. SERVICES & CONSULTING

Client engages National Home Education Department for the Consulting Package (the "Services"). Specific deliverables, timelines, and priorities will be coordinated between the parties during the term.

2. UPFRONT PAYMENT

Total package fee: $3,999. Client must pay in full before any services commence. All payments are non-refundable once services begin, except as required by law.

3. EXPENSES

All travel, lodging, and miscellaneous expenses incurred by the Consultant are the Client's responsibility and must be paid immediately upon invoicing.

4. STUDENT FEES

• K–11 Student Services: Charged at the current per-student rate.
• Senior Services (12th Grade): Subject to separate pricing based on current service market rates.

5. CONFIDENTIALITY & IP

All materials, processes, templates, systems, methods, and guidance provided by Consultant are proprietary and remain Consultant's exclusive property. Client shall not share, reproduce, distribute, publish, upload, teach, train on, sublicense, or provide access to any portion of Consultant's proprietary information to any third party. Client may use the Services and materials only for Client's internal operations during the term, and only while Client is in full compliance with this Agreement.

6. ZOOM & VIRTUAL SECURITY

Private Zoom sessions are restricted to the Client. Client shall not allow any unvetted third party to join, listen in, observe, or participate in any session unless Consultant approves in writing in advance and the third party has signed Consultant's Non-Compete/NDA. Any attempt to grant access (including by forwarding links, passwords, recordings, or screen shares) is a breach.

7. BREACH & TERMINATION

Any violation of the confidentiality or security protocols (including unauthorized Zoom access) results in immediate suspension or termination of services with no refund. Consultant may terminate immediately upon breach and may pursue all available remedies.

8. LIABILITY

Consultant's total liability is limited to the amount of the fee paid ($3,999). Consultant is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits/revenue. Consultant provides consulting support only and does not guarantee approvals, funding, compliance outcomes, or financial results.

9. GOVERNING LAW; VENUE; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

Florida law governs this Agreement. Any action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. This Agreement is the entire agreement and may be amended only in a written document signed by both parties.
