Section 2 — Program Descriptions

Option I ($3,999): Professional consulting, training, and guidance for organizations establishing or restructuring their center to serve Home Education families and pursue Step Up provider participation. Includes compliance training, documentation guidance, Step Up provider application guidance, and 6 months of continued professional guidance.

Option II — Platinum Elite ($7,500): Everything in Option I plus 12 months of professional guidance, advanced training in 20+ areas of center development and operations, FLHED Certified Center designation eligibility, Certification Certificate, VIP Graduation Ceremony Tickets, Evaluation Schedule, VIP Priority Scheduling, one Open House event (Florida only), and 12-month website listing. Certification requires completion of all training, assessment, documentation, and payment in full.

FLHED provides consulting services only. Client is solely responsible for implementing all recommendations and operating in compliance with applicable laws.

Section 3 — Certification Badge & Seal Protection

WARNING: UNAUTHORIZED USE OF THE FLHED CERTIFICATION BADGE OR SEAL WILL RESULT IN A HEFTY FINE AND PROSECUTION TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO WARNINGS.

Authorized display requires: (1) completion of all certification requirements; (2) full payment of Platinum Elite program fee; AND (3) current Annual Renewal fee paid in full. Failure to meet any one condition means display is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use results in a substantial fine, immediate termination without refund, civil legal action, and criminal prosecution. No grace period upon expiration.

BY SIGNING, CLIENT AGREES the badge may ONLY be displayed when certification is fully paid and active. Lapsed certification while displaying the badge constitutes unauthorized use and is subject to all penalties above.

Section 4 — Annual Programs

Annual Certification Renewal ($995/year): Maintains active FLHED Certified Center status, annual refresher training, updated certificate, continued authorization to display designation.

Continued Assistance Membership ($1,500/year): 12 months of continued professional consulting. Does NOT include certification renewal.

Certified Center Premier Membership ($1,995/year): Both programs combined. Saves $500/year. Must be paid in full before certification renewal is issued.

Section 5 — Confidentiality, Non-Compete & Meeting Policy

ABSOLUTELY NO PERSON MAY ATTEND, OBSERVE, LISTEN TO, RECORD, PARTICIPATE IN, OR BE PRESENT DURING ANY MEETING, CONSULTATION, TRAINING, PHONE CALL, ZOOM CALL, OR COMMUNICATION WITH FLHED UNLESS THAT PERSON HAS FIRST EXECUTED FLHED'S CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Section 6 — Intellectual Property

Everything belongs to FLHED. Nothing may be copied, shared, recreated, taught, sold, or used outside this Agreement.

Section 7 — Professional Conduct

Both parties agree to professional conduct. FLHED reserves the right to immediately terminate without refund if Client or anyone representing Client becomes abusive, threatening, disrespectful, or disruptive.

Section 8 — Exclusive Consultant Clause

During the term of this Agreement, Client agrees not to retain, hire, consult with, or otherwise engage any other homeschool consulting company, compliance consultant, Step Up implementation consultant, or similar provider without the prior written consent of Florida Home Education Department.

Section 9 — Entire Agreement

• No verbal promises or representations
• Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties
