Section 1 – Services Selected

Section 2 – What We Provide

Service Launch ($3,999). The Service Launch covers full onboarding and center setup — everything needed to get your center operating correctly under Florida Home Education law. This includes compliance review, staff training, documentation, Step Up provider readiness preparation, and 12 months of step-by-step guidance and support. The $3,999 fee covers these onboarding services only.

Florida Home Education Department provides consulting services only. The Client is solely responsible for implementing all recommendations, submitting applications, and operating their business in compliance with applicable laws.

Section 3 – Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full before work begins.
• All payments are non-refundable.
• Failure to pay within 48 hours cancels this Agreement.

12 Months of Guidance. FLHED provides 12 months of step-by-step guidance, training, and support to every client from the date of this Agreement. We will walk you through everything you need.

No Guarantee of Approval. Florida Home Education Department is a consulting service only. The Step Up for Students program is a separate, independent government entity. FLHED cannot and does not guarantee approval, acceptance, or funding from Step Up or any other scholarship organization. We guide you — we do not decide their decisions.

What We Do. We train. We assist. We prepare. We support. We do everything in our power to ensure you have what you need to succeed. The rest is up to you and the reviewing agency.

Section 4 – Confidentiality, Non-Compete & Meeting Policy

Non-Negotiable Policy

Florida Home Education Department maintains proprietary systems, processes, templates, business methods, compliance procedures, training materials, and intellectual property developed over many years.

ABSOLUTELY NO PERSON MAY ATTEND, OBSERVE, LISTEN TO, RECORD, PARTICIPATE IN, OR BE PRESENT DURING ANY MEETING, CONSULTATION, TRAINING SESSION, PHONE CALL, ZOOM CALL, OR COMMUNICATION WITH FLHED UNLESS THAT PERSON HAS FIRST EXECUTED FLHED'S CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-COMPETE AGREEMENT.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

If an unauthorized person is present at any meeting, FLHED reserves the immediate right to end the meeting, terminate services, refuse future meetings, and enforce all contractual remedies without refund.

Section 5 – Intellectual Property

Everything belongs to FLHED. Nothing may be copied, shared, recreated, taught, sold, or used outside this Agreement.

Section 6 – Professional Conduct

Both parties agree to professional conduct. FLHED reserves the right to immediately terminate without refund if Client or anyone representing Client becomes abusive, threatening, disrespectful, disruptive, or interferes with the consulting process.

Section 7 – Entire Agreement

• Governed by Florida Law
• Entire Agreement between the Parties
• No verbal promises or representations
• Any changes must be in writing and signed by both parties

Exclusive Consultant Clause

During the term of this Agreement, the Client agrees not to retain, hire, consult with, receive services from, or otherwise engage any other homeschool consulting company, homeschool compliance consultant, Step Up implementation consultant, or similar provider offering substantially similar services without the prior written consent of Florida Home Education Department.
